Operating Method Instructions
- Cast the lure and hook, then tighten slack line upon entry to let it sink to the target depth before starting steady twitch-and-retrieve motions.
- Beginners note: Larger hooks tangle line more easily; #4 small hook size is recommended for practice.
- Maintain a smooth rhythm between jerks and retrieves; avoid using excessive force during continuous twitches or leaving too much slack line.
- When fishing near complex shoreline structures within 5-10 meters (16-33 ft), retrieve line quickly to effectively reduce snagging.
