What we collect

• Contact and delivery details: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing addresses.
• Order details: items, prices, and messages you send us.
• Brazilian CPF number, when needed for customs.
• Device and browsing data collected by our store platform through cookies, such as pages viewed and items added to cart.

Card details are handled by Shopify and its payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver your order, provide tracking, handle returns, answer questions, prevent fraud and abuse of our return policy (including keeping a record of accounts, addresses and phone numbers linked to repeated abuse), keep tax and accounting records, and improve the store. We email you about your order. If you choose to receive marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

• Shopify, which hosts our store and processes payments.
• Our shipping partners: our consolidation warehouse in Shenzhen, China, and the carriers that deliver your parcel. They receive your name, address, phone number and a description of the contents, as customs requires. This means your information is transferred to and processed in China and in the destination country.
• Tax authorities and advisors, when the law requires it.

Our product suppliers do not receive your personal information. They ship to our warehouse, not to you. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

Our store uses cookies that Shopify needs to run the cart and checkout, and analytics cookies that help us see how the store is used. Where the law requires it, you can choose which cookies to allow in the cookie banner. If we add advertising tools later, we will update this policy first.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, except for records we must keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we will not treat you differently for using them. Email 001@westwaketackle.com. We may need to confirm your identity first.

Keeping and protecting data

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and delete other information when it is no longer needed. Access to customer information is limited to the people who run the store. Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
