Who we are

westwaketackle.com is operated by WESTWAKE Tackle, based in California, United States ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Shipping, Refund and Privacy policies.

Products and descriptions

Many of our products are made by manufacturers in China, and we translate and adapt their specifications. We describe weights, sizes and materials as accurately as we can, but small differences can occur. Colors, especially glow and laser finishes, can look different on screen. Images show the product type, and option photos show the selected finish. If an item is materially different from its description, it qualifies as a quality defect under our Refund Policy.

Prices, payment and orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars, and checkout may show your local currency. Sales tax and shipping are added at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud or abuse of our Refund Policy. We may refuse orders from accounts, addresses or phone numbers involved in repeated abuse. Our stock comes from suppliers, so availability can change after you order. If an item becomes unavailable, we refund that item and ship the rest.

Use of products

Fishing tackle includes sharp hooks and heavy metal lures. Use it with care, keep it away from children, and follow local fishing regulations, including any limits on hooks, gear or species.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost fish, lost trips or damage to other equipment. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
