Fishing Hook Tying Method 1
- Step 1: Get ready to tie the hook.
- Step 2: Pass the line end through the hook eye.
- Step 3: Lay the line parallel to the hook shank with the tag end facing outwards.
- Step 4: Hold the other tag end parallel to the shank pointing toward the hook point.
- Step 5: Wrap the line towards the inside of the hook point for 6 to 9 turns.
- Step 6: Hold the wrapped loops with one hand and pull the line that passed through the eye with the other hand.
- Step 7: Pull the line tag end outward tightly while holding the other end.
- Step 8: The hook is tied; trim off the excess line tag.
