Experienced Angler Usage Tips
- Minnow basic retrieval: Lower the rod tip after casting and retrieve at a steady speed.
- Minnow advanced technique: During steady retrieval, lightly twitch the rod tip every few reel turns—twitch left once, then right once, repeating the movement.
- Pencil lure basic technique: Pause and twitch gently. After casting into position, pause for about 8–10 seconds, twitch gently, then pause for another 3–5 seconds and repeat.
- Pencil lure advanced technique: Fast twitching after entering the water. Follow continuous fast twitches with a slow twitch segment to create sound and commotion, then twitch fast again.
